Description
Material Of Construction — Non Contact Parts - SS 304 and Contact Parts - SS 316
Suitable for Inspection & Quality Check of Capsule in Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
Table structure base with ergonomic design user for comfort at the time of inspection.
SS 316 Hopper with vibrator tray transfers the capsules to the roller with controlled speed and minimal dust free product.
Food Grade rollers act as conveyor, each rotating on its own axis. The rollers allow the capsule to rotate 360°completely for all round inspection and discharge the capsule at the discharge port.
Foot Paddle at each user end for momentarily stopping the conveyor motion and pick the rejected capsules.
Control Panel with user friendly features for easy access.
